超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼

摘　　要：为了探讨单纯超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效,对住院178眼能药物控制眼压在21mmHg以下的急性闭角型青光眼患者行单纯超声乳化白内障摘除术.结果表明:术后3个月内平均眼压为12mmHg,比术前平均眼压48mmHg有明显下降;术后视力:<0.1者16眼占9%,0.1～0.2者18眼占10%,0.3～0.4者59眼占33%,0.5以上者85眼占48%,比术前视力有明显的提高.研究显示:单纯超声乳化白内障摘除术可治愈房角关闭早期青光眼或可缓解的急性闭角型青光眼,且有比较好的疗效.<Abstrcat> To study the curative effect for the acute angle-closure glaucoma treated by the extraction of simple ultraemulsified cataract,178 eyes of patients(admittance to hospital)suffering from acute angel-closure glaucoma,whose intraocular pressure(IOP)could be control below 21 mmHg by drug,were performed an extraction of simple ultraemulsified cataract.The results showed that within 3 months after surgery,the average intraocular pressure was 12 mmHg,and there was an obviously decrease when the average intraocular pressure was compared with that (48 mmHg)before surgery; for postoperative vision,there were 16 eyes whose visual sight was less than 0.1, accounting for 9%;18 eyes less than 0.1-0.2,accounting for 10%; 59 eyes less than 0.3-0.4, accounting for 33%; 85 eyes above 0.5,accounting for 48%.All the eyes obviously turned to better as compared with the visual sight before surgery.Study showed that the extraction of simple ultraemulsified cataract could be used to cure the early angle-closure glaucoma or relieve the acute angel-closure glaucoma.
