摘  要:以壳聚糖、双氰胺为主要原料合成了一种新型、高效的脱色剂处理染料废水,该脱色剂对4种典型的染料的脱色率都>90%。实验表明:当合成温度控制在约50℃、n(壳聚糖结构单元)∶n(双氰胺)∶n(硫酸铝)=1∶4∶1.5、反应时间为2.5h时,合成的脱色剂对染料废水的脱色效果为最佳。实验发现该脱色剂对染料废水的脱色率要远远高于壳聚糖与硫酸铝的复配溶液。对上虞污水厂废水的处理效果,其COD去除率比使用PAC提高20%以上。A new kind of highly efficient decolouriser has been synthesiz ed with chitosan- dicyandiamine as main raw material to treat the dye wastewater . The decolorization rates of the 4 typical types of dye-stuff (500 mg/L)unde r the tests are all over 90%. The results of experiments show that under the con ditions of the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, n(chitosan) ∶ n(dicyandiamine ) ∶ n(aluminum sulfate) = 1 ∶ 4 ∶ 1.5, reaction time is 2.5 h, the decol orization rates are the best. The results show that the decolorization rates of chitosan - dicyandiamine decolouriser are much higher than chitosan, which is u sed in combination with aluminum sulfate. The treatment effect to wastewater of Shangyu Wastewater Factory has been studied. The result indicates that the COD r emoval rate is 20% higher than PAC, which was used in the past in this factory.
