摘　　要：随着我国经济体制的改革,农村预防保健工作中的医防合一模式受到了诸多挑战,一些地方转而实行医防分设。医防分设后,客观上促进了农村预防保健的发展,但也引发了一些问题和争论。With the change of economic system in China, the combining pattern of cure and prevention in rural health care is facing to much challenge, and the separation of cure and prevention is being put into practice in some districts. After separation, it promotes the development of rural health care objectivly, but it also arouses some problems and disputes.
