摘  要:作者自1985年3月至1992年12月,采用克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折152例。随访时间:6~70个月,平均36.8个月。随访结果:无切口感染,无骨不连及延愈合。优106例,良36例,尚可6例,差4例,优良率93%。我们采用6具新鲜尸体锁骨进行对比性生物力学试验;结果显示用2mm克氏针固定的锁骨抗弯强度δ_b54.3N/mm ̄2,抗剪切强度L_b224N/mm ̄2,抗扭转强度M40.73N/mm ̄2。证实了2mm克氏针固定锁骨,符合生物力学要求,促进了骨折愈合,是目前治疗锁骨骨折的理想方法之一。Abstract152 cases of clavicular fracture had heen treat-ed by internal fixation with Kirschner’s pin fromMarch, 1985 to December 1992.No external fixa-tion was applied. Time of follow up was from 6months to 70 months,average 36.8 months.The postoperative result was excellent in 106 cases,good 36 cases, fair 6 cases and poor 4 cases:nowound infection,no bonv non-union nor delavedunion. We have performed biomechanical studywith6fresh cadaver clavicles. After the artificialfracture of these 6. internal fixation withKirschner’s pin was applied for each.The experi-mental result showed that bearing force of thebending was 54.3N/mm ̄2, of the shearing was 224N/mm ̄2 and of the torsion was 40.73N/mm ̄2.Allthese can fulfill the requirement of biomechanicsand accelerate the bonv union, So internal fixationwith Kirschner’s pin is one of theHeal methods forthe treatment of clavicular fracture.
