腰骶神经后根节异位畸形

摘　　要：报告７例腰骶神经后根节由于发育因素内移至椎管或神经根管内的异位畸形。神经后根节的位置异常，可能被退变狭窄的神经根管或变性突出的椎间盘所卡压而发病。本组男性３例，女性４例，平均年龄４４．５岁。直腿抬高试验阳胜５例，跟腱反射减弱４例，消失３例。７例均经手术减压治疗，术中发现腰神经背根节受压６例（１例为双侧），骶神经背根节受压１例，平均随访２３个月。腰痛和根性疼痛消失，功能恢复正常５例，明显改善１例，无变化１例。AbstractThe authors reported 7 cases of sciatica of which the lumbo-sacral root ganglia vere located more proximally than usual and lay within the spinan canal or nerve root canal.These ectopic ganglia became entrapped in a nar- rowed canal and/or lateral recess,causing clinital symp- toms.There were 3 men and 4 women with age ranged from 36 to 52 years.The straight leg raising test was limited to 60°in 2 potients,significantly reduced to 30°in 3.The ankle riflex was depressed in 4 patints and absent in 3.All were operated up.The entrapmet of the L_5 dorsal root ganlion was found in 5 petients(one bilateral)and S_1 dorsal ganglion entrapment aione was found in 2.The sciatic pain was relieved completely in 5 patients,unproved in 1 and not changed in 1.
