摘 要:目的:探讨活血复脉注射液对实验性急性血瘀大鼠血管活性物质和血小板功能的影响。方法:应用肾上腺素注射液和冰水刺激制备急性应激性血瘀大鼠模型,观察活血复脉注射液对大鼠血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、内皮素和心钠素水平,以及对血小板活化表达与聚集性、黏附性的影响。结果:活血复脉注射液可明显降低大鼠外源性肾上腺素水平(P均<0.05),抑制血小板聚集性和黏附性(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低大鼠血浆内皮素水平,维持或升高血浆心钠素含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:活血复脉注射液通过降低肾上腺素水平,抑制血小板聚集性和黏附性,并降低血浆内皮素含量及升高心钠素水平,从而改善机体的血瘀状态。Objective: To investigate the effects of Huoxue Fumai injection(HXFMI,活血复脉注射液) on vasoactive substance, blood platelet activation and platelet aggregation in rat models with acute blood stasis (血瘀). Methods: The rat model with acute blood stasis was established by adnephrin injection and excitation of icy water. The rats were randomly divided into seven groups. The effects of HXFMI on blood plasma adnephrin, noradnephrin, atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP), endothelin, blood platelet activation, platelet aggregation and platelet adhensiveness were observed. Results: HXFMI could depress ectogenic content of adnephrin(adrenalin), maintain or elevate plasma concentration of ANP, reduce plasma endothelin, inhibit platelet aggregation and platelet adhesiveness(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: HXFMI is able to improve the status of blood stasis in an organism by lowering adrenalin content, inhibiting platelet aggregation and adhesiveness, reducing plasma concentration of endothelin and elevating ANP.
