党参对严重烫伤豚鼠肠道的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察党参对烧伤后血胃肠激素及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响,探讨党参对胃肠功能紊乱和肠源性感染预防作用的调理机制。方法:制备总体表面积为20%的度烫伤模型,伤后1h按Parkland公式复苏,伤后2h和8h各用体积分数为100%的党参煎剂和蒸馏水4ml灌胃,24h取血待检;部分20%烫伤延迟复苏(伤后6h)动物用同样方法灌胃党参,24h取血待检。结果:无论延迟复苏还是立即复苏,党参煎剂均能显著提高严重烫伤豚鼠血胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MTL)含量,降低血TNF的浓度。结论:中药党参可以显著升高严重烫伤后血GAS、MTL浓度和减少TNF的分泌,有益于烧、烫伤后胃肠功能紊乱的调整以及肠源性感染的防治。Objective: To observe the effect of codonopsis pilosula on gastrointestinal hormones and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) after severe burn and investigate its modulatory mechanism on gastrointestinal functional disturbance and prevention from enterogenous infection. Methods: The experimental model of guinea pig was established by burning 20% total body surface to Ⅲ degree. Then according to Parkland formula within 1 hour it was resuscitated. Afterwards, 4 ml of codonopsis pilosula was given at 2 and 8 hours after burning via stomach intubation, and blood was collected at 24 hours for testing. The resuscitation was delayed in some scalded guinea pigs with 20% total body surface area burned (at 8 hours after burning); they were treated with codonopasis pilosula as the same way as above and the blood was collected at 24 hours too. Results: No matter whether the resuscitation took place immediately or lately, codonopsis pilosula could significantly increase the contents of blood gastrin(GAS) and motilin(MTL) and lower blood TNF markedly at 24 hours after burning. Conclusion: Codonopsis pilosula can increase the concentrations of blood GAS and MTL and also lower blood TNF markedly. It may whether in resuscitated immediately or delayedly rats ameliorate gastrointestinal functional disturbance and be beneficial to prevention of enterogenous infection.
