断掌的分型与再植

摘　　要：我们根据临床再植６８例断掌的实践，认为在解剖部位的基础上，按伤断形态分型比较确切，也便于统计分析，即把断掌分成横形、斜形、纵劈形、圈形、毁坏形。文中还就再植中的几个问题作了深入的讨论。AbstractSixty─eight cases of severed palms were re-planted.For convenience of statistical analysis,the authors classified the injuried palm anatomical-ly into the transverse, oblique,longitudinal.circu-lar and the destructive types,The ischemic periodvaried from 6 to 26 hours.The results were suc-cessful in 65 cases giving a success rate of 95.5%.Evaluation of hand function revealed a loss of 28%after the replantation.
