指掌侧总动脉掌背穿支组织瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：对１０例成人尸体上肢指掌侧总动脉掌背穿支起始，走行与分布进行了显微解剖学观察，发现以此穿支动脉形成的岛状复合组织瓣具备了转移的条件。应用该组织瓣修复伸指肌腱缺损并软组织损伤６例，腱鞘缺损并软组织损伤１例、手指皮肤缺损并脱套伤２１例。均获满意结果。AbstractThe authors observed the anatomical relationships ofthe dorsal metacarpal branches of the digital volar com-mon artery in ten cadaver specimens of the upper arm andhad found out that this artery follows a pretty constantcourse with the accompany of the venous branches and isuseful as a pedicle transplantation of tissue flaps for thetreatment of hand injuries.The authors reported 27 casesof hand injuries so treated,of which 19 were fresh and 8old injuries.The lesions varied from the simple skin de-fects,to injuries of the tendons and muscles.A detaileddescription of the anatomy of the digital volar artery wasgiven in this paper.The results of treatment of the 27cases were all satisfactory.
