摘 要:目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定尿锰的方法。方法以0.2mg/L氯化钯-1%TritonX-100溶液作基体改进剂稀释样品直接测定。结果方法灵敏度b=0.1456A/(μg/L),回归方程:A=0.1456C+0.1512(r=0.9996),检出限CL=0.22μg/L,样品分析的相对偏差在4.2% ̄7.3%之间,回收率在94.8% ̄106.4%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高,快速简便,可作为尿锰测定的参考方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of manganese (Mn) in urine by GFAAS. Methods The sample was diluted directly with a modified matrix containing 0.2mg/L PdCl2-1% Triton X-100 solution and measured with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The sensitivity of the method was b=0.1456A/(μg/L) with a linear regression equation of A=0.1456C+0.1512 (r=0.9996) and a detection limit CL=0.22 μg/L. The relative deviation was 4.2 ~ 7.3% in sample analysis and recovery rate between 94.8~106.4%. Conclusion The method is simple and may be recommended as a reference method for the determination of Mn in urine.
