摘　　要：目的探讨亚健康人群(临界)高血压糖尿病防治对策。方法通过宝安区慢性病防治院、街道卫生防保所和社区健康服务中心三级防治网的工作运转,在居民中建立完整的全人群健康档案,发现高血压、糖尿病临界患者(亚健康人群),进一步进行终生管治。结果高血压糖尿病亚健康人群的管治,有利于提高人群高血压糖尿病的防治质量。结论亚健康人群的高血压糖尿病预防和高血压糖尿病管治一样,是高血压糖尿病防治的工作重点。Objective To search preventive and treating strategy for the sub-health population with high risk in hypertension and diabetes.Method Through three-tiers of chronic disease prevention network's performance which consisted of Baoan District Chronic Disease Hospital, Preventive and Care Station in street/township areas and Community Health Service Center, an individual health chart was established. Sub-health people with risk in hypertension and diabetes could be early found in the routine physical examination. This particular population could be managed well in the community for a life time.Result Management for the sub-health population could improve the preventive and treating quality for the patients with hypertension and diabetes.Conclusion Sub-health population is the focus of chronic disease control.
