摘　　要：本文介绍一种新的空心拉力螺丝钉，在螺丝钉的中央有一孔道，其直径为１～２ｍｍ。螺丝钉尖端有尖角，便放捻入骨组织。在螺丝钉尾部有特殊螺纹，能与具有相应螺纹的空心旋凿紧密相连。此螺丝钉及器械设计，为关节骨折闭合撬拨复位，并经皮用螺丝钉固定创造了条件。简化了螺丝钉固定关节骨折操作。此种螺丝钉应用广泛。可用于肱骨大结节骨折；肱骨外科颈骨折；肱骨内外髁骨折；肱骨髁间骨折；尺骨鹰嘴骨折；股骨颈囊内骨折；胫骨平台骨折；踝关节骨折；胫腓下关节分离；胫骨后唇骨折和跟骨骨折等。Abstract The authors designed a new cannulated screw,with atip of three triangular pyramids for the fixat ion of in tra-articular fractures. The screw head has a special thread forfitting of the screwdriver.The screwdriver and the drill bit are also cannulated .From June 1990 to October 1991,25 csases of intra-articular fractures were treated with percu-taneous fixation using the cannulated screw; The age of the petients ranged from 16 to 76 years and bene healing was achieved in all, There were no infection,no loosening of the screws.and no failure of the fixation .
