摘　　要：本文随机抽样测量普通人群３０３０个外翻角度（ＨＡ），其中男性１６４０个，女性１３９０个，从新生儿、至６０及大于６０岁等分为九组，结果表明：（１）外翻（）的发生与后天因素有关；（２）随年龄增大，ＨＡ逐渐增加，而且女性ＨＡ值较男性ＨＡ值大。我们认为，ＨＡ和年龄、性别密切相关，可以推测穿鞋习惯的改变将直接影响ＨＡＶ的发生。AbstractThe main purpose of this article is to find out the re-lationship among hallux valgus angle(HA),gender andage on the basis of an epidemiolcal investigation on gen-eral population;3030 HAs(male 1,640; female 1,390)were randomly oblained with a goniomeler. The wholesample is divided into nine groups,including neonatalgroup,ptimar student group,junior middle school student group,sentior middle school student group,20～30 yearsold group,30～40 years old group,40～50 years oldgroup,50～60 years old group,and more than 60 yearold group. The resuIts show that:(1) halux valgus(HV)is an acauired condition after birth;(2)HA increases withage. Female HA is greater than male HA. The anthersreach a conclusion that HV is clasely related to age andgender.It is estimated that change of footwear will direct-ly result in Hv.
