异丙酚和笑气在无痛人工流产术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的比较异丙酚与笑气在人工流产术中的镇痛效果。方法将120例人流者随机分为两组,分别给予异丙酚静注(A组)及笑气吸入(B组),各60例。分别观察两组手术时间,分别观察:离院时间,麻醉效果,手术前后血压、心率、血氧饱和度,子宫出血情况,及并发症。结果A组扩宫时间,手术时间短于B组(P<0.01);A组麻醉效果明显好于B组,(P<0.01)两组麻醉后血压、心率、血氧与术前比差异有显著性(P<0.05);并发症和出血差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚麻醉效果优于笑气吸入麻醉,且付作用差异无显著性。Aim To compare the analgesic effects of propofol and nitrous oxide in induced abortion operation. Methods 120 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomized to two groups,anesthetized by intravenous infusion propofol (Grpup A) , and by inhalation of nitrous oxide syringe(Group B) (-n-=60); investigate and compare the operation time , the cervical relaxing time , hospital leaving time , anesthetic effect ,and the difference of BP ,HR ,SPO_2 before and after the operation in two groups respectively .the volume of bleeding and anesthetics complication were observed.Results The operation time and cervical relaxing time in group A were shorter than group B;(-P-<0.01) , The analgesic effect of group A was better than group B;BP,HR and SPO_2 after anesthetized in two groups were all different from those before anesthetized(-P->0.05 or 0.01); there was no significant differences in bleeding and complication between the two group (-P->0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of group A was better than group B,there was no significant differences in complication between the two group.
