摘　　要：目的建立盐酸左旋氧氟沙星注射液中盐酸左旋氧氟沙星的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法、C18柱、0.05mol·L-1枸橼酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至4.0)-乙腈(79∶21)为流动相、检测波长为293nm。结果线性回归的相关系数为0.9998,稳定性、重现性、精密度、回收率实验均符合要求。结论该法准确可靠,方便易行。Aim To establish a HPLC for determination of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride in Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection. Methods HPLC, C_ 18 column,at 293 nm by 0.05 mol·L~ -1 citrate solution (using tyiethylamine make its pH at about 4.0)-CH_ 3 CN(79∶21) as a mobile phase. Results The correlation coefficient of this test in this method is 0.999 8,the stability ,the reproducibility,the precision and the callback are up to the mustard. Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient.
