摘　　要：目的了解广东省佛山市顺德区吸毒人群艾滋病、梅毒的感染状况,为采取干预措施,预防控制艾滋病的流行提供科学依据。方法对顺德区戒毒所内344名吸毒者进行艾滋病、梅毒抗体检测,并对吸毒行为调查资料进行分析。结果HIV感染率为2.33%,梅毒感染率为8.14%。感染途径以静脉吸毒为主,性乱人群中安全套使用率较低。结论顺德区吸毒人群艾滋病感染率较低,对该人群加强宣传教育和加大预防干预力度,是控制艾滋病在该区蔓延和流行的重要措施。[Objective] To explore the infection of HIV and syphilis among the drug addicts in Shuande, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDs. [Methods] HIV and syphilis antibody detection was conducted on 344 drug addicts in the withdrawal house of Shunde. Analysis was made on their drug using behavior. [Results] The HIV infection rate was 2.33%; the syphilis infection rate was 8.14%. The major track of infection was drug using through vein; condom using was rare among sex abusers. [Conclusion] HIV infection rate is relatively low among drug addicts in Shunde; education and interference are major measures to control the spread of AIDs.
