摘 要:旨在研究+Gz对微血管结构及其对大分子物质通透性的影响,探讨+Gz对组织结构损伤的特点。16只雄性大耳白家兔随机分为4组,对照组动物暴露于+1Gz5.min,其余3组分别暴露于+5、+8、+10Gz至动物心电拉手。牛血清白蛋白(BSA)400mg/kg体重作为示踪物。暴露后对脑、心肌等11种组织进行常规组织学及超微结构观察,并用微波辐射下免疫金银染色法(IGSS)检测微血管对BSA通透性的变化。结果表明,实验组动物心肌、肝、肠及后肢皮肤等多器官做血管充血,微血管超微结构损伤及对BSA通透性增加;上述变化在脑、心肌、肠道及后肢皮肤组织内表现明显,而在肺、肾、骨骼肌等组织内则轻或不明显,表现出一定的器官特异性。Effects of +Gz on microvascular structure and permeability were investigated in 16 malerabbits which were divided into 4 groups. The rabbits of control group were fixed on the animal cen-trifuge running without excessive G load for 5 min,while those of three experimental groups were ex-posed to + 5, +8, + 10 Gz respectively until ECG became flat. Four hundred mg/kg bovine serum albu-min (BSA) were given intravenously before centrifugation. lmmediately after the centrifugation rabbitswere killed and 11 kinds of tissues were taken for histological,ultrastructural and immuno-histochemicalstudy. Immunogold silver staining (under microwave irradiation) method (IGSS) was used to detect mi-crovascular permeability to BSA. The results showed that in experimental groups there were venous hy-peremia,ultrastructural damage of microvasculature and parenchymal cells,and an increased microvascu-lar permeability to BSA in several tissues,and these findings turned out to be more severe in brain,heart, guts and skin of the hind legs than those in lung, kedney, skeletal muscle of hind legs. It is sug-gested that the effects of +Gz on microvascular structure and permeability was organ-specific.
