摘  要:目的:了解珠海口岸入境船舶上饮用水中致病性弧菌污染状况,以及其与船舶卫生管理和卫生处理措施等方面的关系,为检验检疫执法工作和政策的制定提供依据。方法:采集珠海港入境船舶饮用水,对水样进行弧菌科的分离鉴定,并对调查资料进行统计和分析。结果:入境船舶上的饮用水34份,9份检出致病性弧菌,检出率2 6 4 7% ;检出6种致病性弧菌;船舶卫生状况不同时,其饮用水中致病性弧菌检出率差异有显著性。结论:入境船舶上的饮用水被致病性弧菌污染较严重。有“海水化淡”设备的船舶,可能对降低其饮用水中致病性弧菌检出率有一定作用。建议对入境船舶饮用水的排放加强管理,制定有效的检疫监管措施。Objective:To provide the basis of quarantine policy established,to realize the distribution of pathogenic Vibrio in entering-ship potable waters in Zhuhai port.Methods:The entering-ship potable waster was collected in Zhuhai port.Samples was isolated to identify the Vibrio.Results:The pathogenic Vibrio of potable water isolate rate was 26.47%,6 genus of pathogenic Vibrio were isolated.In different status of shipping sanitation,the pathogenic Vibrio of potable water isolate rate were different.Conclusion:The contamination of entering-ship potable waters were severely by pathogenic Vibrio.Maybe in the ship provided with the water purificatio equipment it can reduce the isolate rate of pathogenic Vibrio in potable water.The manage of letting off potable water should be strengthened.
