摘　　要：目的:分析深圳市预防与控制梅毒母婴传播项目妊娠梅毒病例检测的成本情况,为政府部门决策提供依据。方法:在一系列前提条例下,以可变成本为基本指标,测算2 0 0 3年深圳市孕产妇梅毒初筛和确诊的平均成本和总成本,以及每发现一例妊娠梅毒的成本。结果:单位初筛成本6 83元/人份,单位确认成本12 34元/人份,年总成本92 2 72 5 5 9元,每初筛发现1例妊娠梅毒的成本15 88 17元,每确诊1例妊娠梅毒的成本16 2 2 5 7元。如果将漏检的例数纳入计算,那么每确诊1例妊娠梅毒的成本效率将提高0 97%。成本节省可产出6 6 8%的成本效率。结论:经调整的成本效率改变不明显。在成本测算中由于省却了固定成本,而且间接成本估算有一定偏差,故实际投入可能偏大。Objective:To analyse the cost of prenatal syphilis confirmed of the preventing Mother-To-Child Transmission Syphillis Project in Shenzhen city,and give a basic data to the post-evaluation.Methods:Under a series of presuppositions,and with the variable cost as the basic indicator,the average cost and total cost of the screening and the confirming for syphilis in the pregnant women in Shenzhen city in 2003 were estimated,including the cost per case of prenatal syphilis found.Results:The cost per screening and confirming for syphilis was $6.83 and $12.34,respectively.The total cost per year was $922 725.59,and the cost per case of prenatal syphilis screening and confirmatory test positive was $1 588.17 and $1 622.57,respectively.It would increase nearly 0.97 percent cost-efficiency in the cost per case of pregnant syphilis confirmed,when the fail-reported cases were counted into the cost evaluation.The costs saved would bring 6.68 percent cost efficiency.Conclusion:The justified cost efficiency is not significant.As the cost evaluation dispensed with the fixed costs and the uncertain indirect costs,the actual input may be larger.Furthermore,with the performance of the project,the prenatal detecting rate of project in Shenzhen city in 2003 is increasing gradually,and has created an advantaged environment for the controlling and decreasing congenital syphilis.
