三种不同平面精索静脉曲张结扎方法的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨精索静脉曲张在三种不同平面结扎的疗效。方法206例精索静脉曲张患者分为三组:A组(经腹股沟高位结扎术)126例,B组(经外环结扎)34例,C组(腹膜后高位结扎)46例。结果经腹膜后高位结扎治愈率为100.00%;经腹股沟高位结扎治愈率为87.46%,阴囊水肿和复发率分别为6.34%和12.54%;经外环结扎治愈率100.00%,阴囊水肿26.47%。结论经腹膜后高位结扎优于经腹股沟高位结扎法和外环结扎法,无阴囊水肿和术后复发。[Objective]To evaluate the effects of three different level for varicoele ligation. 206 cases with varicoele were performed operation which are divided into three groups: A group (Transinguinal incision high ligation) 126 cases; B group (Trans external inguinal ring ligation) 34cases and C group ( Retroperitoneal high ligation) 46cases. The sana-tive rates were: A group 87.46%; B group 100% and C group 100%. There was differance between A and C groups or A and B groups (P <0.005). The rates of scrotum edema were: A group 6.34%, B group 26.47% and C group 0%. There was differance between A and B groups (P =0.0058) , C and B groups (P =0.001) and A and C groups (P =0.001). [Conclusion] Retroperitoneal high ligation for varicoele is better than transinguinal incision high ligation and trans external inguinal ring ligation, which has no scrotum edema and recurrence.
