摘  要:目的研究血管紧张素II1型受体(AT1R)和转化生长因子-β(1TGF-β1)在慢性移植肾肾病(CAN)中的相互关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术及计算机图像分析系统,观测19例CAN患者移植肾组织中AT1R和TGF-β1的表达情况,分析AT1R同TGF-β1表达和CAN病理分级之间的相互关系。结果CAN移植肾组织中AT1R和TGF-β1的表达比正常肾组织明显增加(P<0.001),并随CAN病理分级呈逐渐递增的趋势;AT1R和TGF-β1两者在肾小球和肾小管间质中的表达呈正相关(r=0.843,P<0.001及r=0.836,P<0.001)。结论血管紧张素II(ATII)通过与AT1R结合,并通过TGF-β1的介导,在CAN移植肾的纤维化进程中起着重要作用。[Objective] To explore the effects of angiotensin AT1 receptor and t ransforming growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1) on the chronic allograft nephropathy . [Methods] Immunohistochemistry method and the computer imaging analysis syst em were used to detect the expressions of AT1R and TGF-β1 in the renal tissues of CAN, and the relationships among AT1R and TGF-β1 and the grades of CAN wer e analysed. [Results] The expressions of AT1R and TGF-β1 in renal tissues of CAN were much more than in normal renal tissues (P <0.001), and their expression s had a trend to be correlated with the grades of CAN; AT1R expressions were pos itively correlated with TGF-β1 expressions in the glomeruli or in the tube and tubulointerstitium (r =0.843,P <0.001; r =0.836,P <0.001). [Conclusions] Angio tensin II play an important role in the course of renal fibrosis of the CAN thr ough bounding with AT1R and upregulation of TGF-β1 expressions.
