摘  要:目的探讨COPD患者体内V-A与T细胞亚群的相关性,试图为临床上防治COPD开辟新途径的突破点。方法HPLC法检测血清中V-A,间接免疫荧光法检测T细胞亚群。结果COPD组:V-A为(0.3130±0.1155)mg/L;健康对照组:(0.5490±0.1493)mg/L,t值为6.849,两者有显著差别(P<0.001)。T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于健康对照组,CD8高于健康对照组。V-A与CD3、CD4呈正相关,与CD8呈负相关。结论COPD患者体内有V-A的缺乏和细胞免疫功能的低下,V-A与T细胞亚群有明显的相关性。提示用V-A治疗COPD预防肺心病的发生,提高COPD患者的免疫功能将有一定的作用。为临床上防治COPD开辟了新的视角。[Objective] To evaluate the plasma vitamin A status and the funct ion of T-cell and find a new pathway to treat COPD immunity in chronic obstructi ve pulmonary disease patients, so as to discuss the correlation between them. [Methods] Measure the plasma Vitamin A status with HPLC and check the subsets of T lymphocyte with indirect immunofluorescence rescence. [Results] The leve ls of the plasma vitamin A in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and in controls were (0.313±0.1155) mg/L, (0.549±0.149) mg/L respectively, so the re was significant difference between them (P <0.001). CD3, CD4 and CD3/CD8 leve ls of Subsets of T lymphocyte: were lower in chronic obstructive pulmonary disea se patients than those in controls prominently, while of CD8 level was higher, T he plasma vitamin A had positive correlation with CD3 and CD4 but negative with CD8. [Conclusion] There is defect of the plasma vitamin A and low level of th e cellular immune function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, wh ich shows a obvious correlation between them. This research supplies the basis o f clinical therapy to treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and prevent ing pneumocardial disease with vitamin A.
