摘  要:目的:采用HPLC法检测不同工艺所得金银花提取物的组分及绿原酸含量。方法:采用SymmetryODS(4.6×150mm,5μm),ODS保护柱。流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(8:92),检测波长为327nm。结果:液相色谱图中只有采用改良石硫法所得提取物的组分与原石硫法基本保持一致,其它方法所得提取物的组分与原石硫法都有差别。结论:金银花提取物组分不同,抗菌作用则不同。由此可见绿原酸含量的高低尚不能说明金银花提取物质量的好坏。Objective: HPLC was used to examine the components of honeysuckle extraction obtained by different preparation and the content of Chlorogenic acid. Method: To use the Symmetry ODS(4.6×150mm,5μm), ODS Column. Mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4%Phosphoric(892), detective wavelength was 327nm. Result: In liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS), only have the components of extraction obtained by improvement method of SHILIU kept uniform with primary method of SHILIU, the components of extraction obtained by other ways had different from primary method of SHILIU. Conclusion: the components of honeysuckle extraction were different, and its anti-bacteria effect was different. So, Chlorogenic acid whatever its content was the high or low couldn't explain that the quality of honeysuckle extraction was good or bad.
