摘 要:目的 观察不同浓度大豆磷脂脂质体对四氯化碳(CCl4)导致肝细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 采用终浓度为8mmol/L四氯化碳作用于培养的小鼠肝细胞3h ,测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)以及细胞中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果 大豆磷脂脂质体可使由四氯化碳导致损伤的肝细胞培养液中的LDH释放明显减少(P <0 . 0 1) ,肝细胞中SOD含量明显升高(P <0 .0 1) ,MDA含量明显减少(P <0 . 0 1)。结论 大豆磷脂脂质体对四氯化碳致肝细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective In order to identify the relationship between the accumulation of concentration of soybean phospholipid lipsomes (SPL) and the injury of hepatocytes, different concentrations of SPL were used to act on cultured hepatocytes. Methods CCl 4 were used to act on neonatal rat hepatocytes for 3h.Assay the concentration of Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the cultured fluid and Maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and Superoxide desmutase(SOD) in the cultured hepatocytes. Results SPL could decrease LDH leakage in the cultured fluid (P<0.01) and the content of MDA in the cultured hepatocytes (P<0.01),while increase the content of SOD in the cultured hepatocytes (P<0.01). Conclusions SPL protects hepatocytes injury of induced by CCl 4 obviously.
