摘  要:目的 探讨太得恩和坦索罗辛对兔膀胱出口部分梗阻的逼尿肌的保护作用。方法 日本雄性大耳白兔建立兔膀胱出口部分梗阻模型,通过测定膀胱重量和容量,应用光镜、透射电镜来观察太得恩和坦索罗辛对逼尿肌的保护作用。结果 单一用药及联合用药组膀胱容量与梗阻组有明显差异;各用药组逼尿肌肌肉及结缔组织增生面积与梗阻组有明显差异;电镜下各用药组胶原纤维增生明显少于梗阻组,线粒体形态大致正常,梗阻组可见线粒体明显肿胀变形。结论 太得恩,坦索罗辛单一用药及二药合用皆对逼尿肌有明显保护作用,但二药合用较单一用药无明显优势。Objective To observe the protective effect of Tedenan and Tamsulosin on detrusor in treating bladder dysfunction following outlet obstruction. Metheods Thirty Japanese white male rabbits were received operation forming obstructive model.Each rabbit was anesthetized and the bladder was rapidly removed and weighted.The musculature of each bladder were examined in microscope.The collagen and mitochondrion of detrusor cell of each bladder were examined in electron-microscope. Results There was significant difference in the average capacity between drug applied groups and obstruction group.There was significant difference in the average musculature area between drug applied groups and obstruction group. In drug applied groups the collagen hyperplasia are less than in obstruction group.The mimitochondrion was distinctly dropsical and anamorphic, but in other groups the mitochondrion was normal. Conclusions Tedenan,Tamsulosin and their combination have the protective effect on detrusor,but their combination do not have more preponderant than separate apply.
