摘　　要：目的:研制HC-822血细胞分析仪溶血剂和清洗液,解决国产化问题。方法:用进口配套溶血剂和EZ清洗液与自配溶血剂和清洗液同时取当天门诊病人手指血每人双份共20人份,进行WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT等八项参数测定。结果:经统计学处理,八项参数两变量相关系数r均在0.96以上,最高为0.998,P>0.05,说明两种溶血剂和清洗液高度相关,差异无显著性,重复性好,结果满意。结论:自配溶血剂和清洗液可完全代替进口配套试剂,且价格低廉。Objective The Hemolysing reagent and the isotonic detergent for Autocounter HC-822 are researehed and produced in order that the nationalization is solved.Methods Using a imported set of Hemdysing reagent and Isotonic detergent EZ and self-made Hemolysing regent and Isotonic detergent,taking the outpatients' finger blood on the same day,two shares each and altogether 20 shares for 20 patients for deter mination of RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,PLT and other 8 peerts.Results Done with statics,8 kinds of parameters and r coefficients of the two variables are over 0.96 on the average and the highest reaches 0.998,P>0.05.It tells that both of the Hemolysing reagent and the isotonic detergent are almvst the same in height and no obvious differents.They repeat well and come to a good result.Conclusion Self-made Hemolysing reagent and Isotonic detergent are certain to take the place the imported ones and the prices are lower.
