摘　　要：目的:探讨“肌肉收缩的机制”。方法:对肌细胞收缩时“细肌丝从肌小节两侧的Z线向肌小节中央的M线滑行”的理论进行了反复模型演练和推理分析,认为这一理论不足以说明肌细胞缩短的机制,进而提出“粗、细肌丝从肌细胞的止点向起点方向滑行”的观点。结果与结论:后者更易说明肌肉缩短的机制,更符合滑行学说的真实内涵。Objective Discussing the mechanism of muscle contraction.Methods Comparing the differences between the traditional viewpoint that thin tilameat moves from the Z line ofboth ends of sarcomere to M line of the centre of dark band, which cause the sarcomere contracts and the authors viewpoint that thick and thin filament slides from the end to the starting point.Results and Conclusion The theory that filament slides form the end to the starting point could more clearly explain the mechanism of muscle contract.
