摘 要:为了提高导电玻璃纤维的电、磁性能,拓宽其应用领域,采用化学镀的方法,研究了在玻璃纤维表面镀CoP合金的工艺,探讨了化学镀液的主盐、温度、pH值及施镀时间等工艺参数对化学镀CoP合金成分及镀速的影响。本工艺的最佳配方为:18g/LCoSO4,18g/LNaH2PO2·H2O,45g/L柠檬酸钠,29g/L(NH4)2SO4;最佳参数:温度为90℃,pH值为9,施镀时间为50min。在此工艺条件下镀液的稳定性较好,镀层沉积速度快、光亮、致密,所得镀层为非晶结构。Co-P composite coating was prepared on the surface of glass fiber using electroless plating so as to improve the electric- and magnetic-conductivity of the glass fiber and extend its application field. The effects of the deposition parameters such as bath composition, temperature, pH value, and plating duration on the deposition rate and composition of the electroless Co-P coating were investigated. As the results, the optimal formulae of the plating bath was determined to be composed of 18 g/L CoSO_4, 18 g/L NaH_2PO_2·H_2O, 45 g/L Na_3C_6H_5O_7·2H_2O, and 29 g/L (NH_4)_2SO_4, while the optimised plating conditions were determined to be temperature 90 ℃, pH value 9, and plating time 50 min. The optimal bath had good stability, while the coating prepared therein and at the optimized plating conditions was bright and compact and had amorphous structure.
