疏血通注射液对急性脑梗死病人疗效及凝血-纤溶系统的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及作用机制。方法　将78例急性脑梗死病人随机分为两组,对照组进行基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时给予疏血通注射液静脉输注,观察治疗前后神经功能评分、Barthel指数及凝血指标(APTT、PT)、纤溶指标(t -PA、PAI -1)的变化。结果　治疗组病人神经功能缺损评分明显下降,Barthel指数升高,APTT、PT延长,血浆t-PA含量及活性明显升高,PAI-1含量及活性下降。结论　疏血通注射液具有明显抗凝、促纤溶作用,对急性脑梗死的治疗和预防安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of Shuxuetong injection on coagulation-fibrinolysis system in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 78 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, control group were treated with conventional therapy, while treatment group were infused with Shuxuetong injection additionally.Neurological function deficit scores and barthel index(BI),the change of coagulation -fibrinolysis were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the neurological function deficit scores were decreased,the BI and the level of tPA were increased, APTT,PT were prolonged, the content and activity of PAI-1 descend, significantly in the Shuxuetong group.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe in treatment and prevention of acute cerebral infarction by accelerating fibrinolysis activity and inhibiting coagulation activity.
