摘　　要：目的　探讨穿刺引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的手术方法。方法　用YL—1型穿刺针穿刺引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿65例,术后给予血府逐瘀汤口服。结果　全部病例均治愈,CT复查血肿完全或基本消失,无并发症。结论　YL—1型穿刺针穿刺引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿损伤轻微、操作简单、治疗效果满意。Objective To study the surgical methed of puncture and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods Using YL-1 puncture needle to puncture and drainage in 65 cases of chronic subdural hematoma.Results 65 cases were cured.CT showed hemotoma disappeared without complications.Conclusions This method is esay,effective and can be widely used with rare complications especially in aging and severe patients.
