摘　　要：为了实现工业洗衣机智能化、网络化功能,以μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统为开发平台,设计了控制系统的软件。将系统任务划分为显示界面、命令输入、洗涤流程控制、电机控制、模拟量检测、数字量检测、阀控制、混浊度检测、智能推理及报警等子任务,建立了系统多任务模型,并分析了显示、洗涤控制两个典型任务的执行过程。μC/OS-II平台上开发的工业洗衣机智能控制系统人机界面友好,有完善的智能控制、检测功能,运行稳定。In order to realize the intelligent and networked industrial washing machine, the control system software is designed under μC/OS-II embeded operating system. System tasks are compartmentalized to display interface, input of operating commands, washing flow control, motor control, analog signals measure, digital signals measure, valves control, turbidity measure, intelligent reasoning and alarming subtask, etc. Then the model of system tasks is set up. The execute processes of display and washing flow control are analyzed.The intelligent control system of industrial washing machine is of intelligent control and online measuring function with friendly man-machine interface and high stability.
