摘　　要：介绍了全球合作式的虚拟咨询系统QuestionPoint及其在北京工业大学图书馆的应用,并指出了该系统的不足之处。This paper introduces the cooperative virtual reference system-QuestionPoint and its application in Beijing university of technology library,also discusses the shortcomings of the function and service provided by QuestionPoint.
