灭滴灵用于妇科术前阴道准备的效果观察

摘　　要：通过对照实验的方法，采用０．２５％灭滴灵湿纱布纳入阴道作妇科术前的阴道准备，并与传统的阴道准备法进行了对比分析。结果表明：０．２５％灭滴灵纱布纳阴道，对清洁阴道的作用明显优于传统的准备方法。其优点：灭滴灵具有杀灭阴道滴虫和致病性厌氧菌的作用，能有效地清洁、消毒阴道；局部用药能保证有效浓度，副作用少；还可以减少阴道冲洗次数，缩短术前准备时间，避免因操作不当或多次机械性刺激损伤阴道而引起的医源性感染。This study was conducted to use wet gauze with 0. 25% Metronidazole in the preop vagina operation. The gauze was put into the vagina to make the vagina clean. The effect of this method was compared to the traditional method. The result indicated that this method was obviously superior to the traditional one. The advantages of this method are as follows: (1)The metronidazole kills the trichomonas vaginalis and other anaerobic pathogen in the vagina, so the vagina can be effectively cleaned and sterilized; (2)When Metronidazole is used locally, the density of the drug is maintained and reduces the side effect; (3)It reduces the times of vagina douches, shorten the preop time and avoids hospital infection caused by improper preparation.
