摘  要:采用菜园土、草木灰、锯木屑体积比为4∶2∶1的培养基质,用1g·L-1琼脂水悬浮种子直播培养拟南芥,根据其生物学特性在温度、空气相对湿度、土壤水分、光照以及病虫害防治等方面进行管理,培养出生长健壮、充分满足实验要求的拟南芥植株.用同样基质,适当遮荫,可以在田间大规模种植拟南芥.在月均温为11-14℃,日最低气温为2.1-4.7℃的自然条件下,夜间覆盖塑料薄膜,拟南芥仍能正常生长.The soil, plant ash and wood chips at the proportion of 4∶2∶1 were used as medium to treat the seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana, and to suspend them in 1 g·L^-1 agar water solution at 4 ℃ for 2-4 days and directly sow them onto those prepared pots to make them germinate and grow at the indoor or outdoor conditions with regular temperature management, watering, fertilization, and pest control. A.thaliana was still growing well in the field even when the average monthly temperature was around 11.0-14.0 ℃ and the daily minimum temperature declined to 2.1-4.7 ℃ in winter as long as covered with plastic film. The result provides a new way to grow A.thaliana at large scale but with low cost which may facilitate the plant functional genomics.
