摘 要:可控、有效的孕育处理,对获得组织均匀、力学性能与机械加工性能改善的铸铁件很必要。传统浇包孕育的效果不稳定,用喂线法对铁液进行孕育处理得到发展,该法可分为两种情况:随流喂线孕育和浇包喂线孕育,且前者兼有后孕育和易于自动化的特点。综述了喂线法孕育近30年的研究进展、应用和发展趋势。概括了喂线法孕育的特点、工作条件和适用范围;与炼钢中的钢包喂线法相比,对孕育芯线规格与喂线机的技术性能参数方面存在的问题进行了分析。对存在的问题提出了改进措施。Effective, controlled inoculation is necessary in the production of iron castings of consistent microstructure and hence mechanical properties and machinability. Traditional ladle inoculation do not provide stable inoculation effect, new method of inoculation of molten iron with inoculant wire has been introduced, which can be further divided as principally two categories: submerging inoculant wire into pouring stream and feeding inoculant wire into pouring ladle, the former which has the advantage of post inoculation and automation. The research progress, application situation and developing trend of inoculation of molten iron with inoculant wire were overviewed in recent 30 years home and abroad. The speciality, working condition and processing parameter of inoculation of cast iron with inoculant wire are summarized. Compared with cored wire injection in ladle in steel-making industry, the key differences and problems in specification of inoculant wire and characteristics of wire injection machine were analyzed according to cast iron production. Existing problems as well as some improving measures were pointed out.
