摘 要:采用400日龄海兰褐父母代种公鸡16只,分为2个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复2只鸡,用饥饿法测定优质蛋白玉米和普通玉米的代谢能,结果为:优质蛋白玉米和普通玉米的总能(GE)分别为18.80MJ·kg-1和18.85MJ·kg-1;优质蛋白玉米的表观代谢能(AME)、氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)高于普通玉米(分别高0.07MJ·kg-1和0.08MJ·kg-1),差异不显著(P>0.1);优质蛋白玉米和普通玉米的真代谢能(TME)和氮校正真代谢能(TMEn)值接近(P>0.1),分别为16.29MJ·kg-1和16.30MJ·kg-1;氮校正真代谢能(TMEn)值相等,均为16.26MJ·kg-1。优质蛋白玉米能量的表观利用率、氮校正表观利用率、真利用率和氮校正真利用率数值上高于普通玉米,分别为77.02%和76.45%、77.50%和76.88%、86.65%和86.47%,86.49%和86.26%,但差异不显著(P>0.1)。表明:优质蛋白玉米和普通玉米在能量的可利用性上无显著差异。This experiment was carried out to determinate the metabolizable en ergy values of quality protein maize (QPM) and normal corn (NC) by fasting metho d. 16 Hy- line Brown adult roosters of 400- day- old were randomly divided in to 2 treatments of 4 replicates each. The main results were summarized as follow s.Gross energy (GE) of QPM and NC were 18.80 MJ· kg- 1 and 18.85 MJ· kg- 1, respectively. AME and AMEn of QPM were higher than those of NC (P>0.1). TME valu e of QPM and NC were 16.29 MJ· kg- 1 and 16.30 MJ· kg- 1 respectively ( P>0. 1). Metabolic rate of GE, AME, AMEn, TME and TMEn in QPM were higher than those of NC, their values were 77.02% and 76.45% , 77.50% and 76.88% , 86.65% and 86.47% , 86.49% and 86.26% , respectively ( P>0.1). These indicate that there was no significant difference in the energy utilization between QPM and NC .
