摘  要:对盐(NaCl)胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发特性进行了研究和品种间比较。考察了不同浓度盐处理下种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗生长情况的变化。结果表明:盐胁迫下,各品种黄瓜发芽势、发芽率均呈总体下降趋势,个别品种低浓度下的发芽势和发芽率高于对照;随盐浓度升高,各品种发芽指数和活力指数均下降;发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数的受抑程度为:活力指数>发芽指数>发芽率。幼根生长受盐胁迫抑制明显,而低浓度盐处理促进了下胚轴和子叶生长的生长,从而表现为幼苗总重的增加。综合各指标对品种耐盐性进行评价,申绿64号、巴罗尼耐盐性较强,宝杨5号耐盐性较弱。The variation of germination characteristics were studied and com pa red among varieties to determine the effect of NaCl stess on seed germination of cucumber( Cucumis sativus) . The seed germination energy( GE) 、 germinati on percentage( GP) 、 germination index( GI) 、 viability index( VI) and t he growth of seedlings were tested, as well as the concent of proline( Pro) , and the POD isoenzyme were analyzed. The results showed that the GE、 GP、 GI a nd VI of all 6 varieties decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration exc ept that the GE and GP of several varieties were higher than the controls; the d iminishing degrees of GP、 GI and VI was: VI> GI> GP. The growth of radicle was greatly inhibited under NaCl stress, while the treatment of low concentration o f NaCl stimulated the growth of hypocotyls and cotyledons, which lead to the in creasing of total weight of seedlings. Integrated valuation of the salt toleranc e of these 6 varieties showed that, Shenlu No.64 and Bologna has relatively stro ng tolerant to salt stress, whereas Baoyang No.5 is salt- sensitive.
