摘  要:实验采用辐射花粉诱导黄瓜单倍体的方法,研究了辐射剂量(150,300Gy)和基因型在黄瓜单倍体诱导中的影响。结果发现基因型、辐射剂量都对植株再生率有极显著的影响。对相同基因型,不同剂量的植株再生率而言,150Gy总体上效果好于300Gy。对相同剂量,不同基因型的植株再生率而言,经150Gy辐射花粉授粉处理的7307植株再生率最高。0548植株再生率最低。对不同剂量,不同基因型而言,低剂量(150Gy)对4种基因型的植株再生率影响较大。而高剂量(300Gy)对4种基因型的植株再生率的影响处于两个极端。The influence of gamma ray doses (150 Gy, 300 Gy) and genotypes o n the induction of haploid plantlets obtained by irradiated pollen technique was s tudied in cucumber. As a result of the present study, different genotypes, gamma ray dose were effective on the rate of plants regeneration. In comparison with the rate of plants regeneration on the same genotype and different gamma ray dos es, 150 Gy was better than 300 Gy. In comparison with the same gamma ray dose an d different genotypes, 7307 had high rate of plants regeneration. 0548 had low r ate of plants regeneration. In comparison with the different gamma ray dose and different genotypes, the rate of low dose (150 Gy) was different among four cult ivars. But the rate of high dose (300 Gy) had two extreme.
