血吸虫性膀胱炎的X线表现

摘　　要：目的：阐述埃及血吸虫性膀肌炎的X线表现。材料和方法：对15例确诊为埃及血吸虫病的患者行泌尿系平片及静脉肾盂造影检查，对所获X线资料进行综合观察分析。结果：15例患者的X线平片均示膀胱壁呈壳样钙化，其中6例合并下段输尿管壁的钙化。静脉肾盂造影均为肾及输尿管积水，其中9例一侧肾脏不显影。结论：膀胱壁的壳状钙化为血吸虫性膀胱炎的特征表现，肾、输尿管积水及肾功能损害为常见并发症。Purpose:To describe the x-ray appearances of cystitis due to schistosoma haematobium. Materialsand methods:Scout films and IVP of urinary tract were taken for the 15 patients with clinical diagnosis of schisto-somiasis haematobia. The roentgenograms were analysed. Results: Egg - shell calcification of bladder wall wasfound on scout film of all 15 cases. Calcification of low ureter was associated in 6 cases. Hydronephrosis and hy-droureter were shown on IVP of the 15 patients. Unilateral kidney failed to visualize throughout the IVP examina-tion in 9 cases. Conclusion: Egg-shell calcification of the bladder wall was the characteristic x-ray sign of schisto-somlal cystitis. Hydronephrosis,hydroureter and impairment of renal function are the common complications.
