疏甲丙脯酸联合川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肺心病心衰25例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察疏甲丙脯酸联合川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效。方法　停用其他药物，疏甲丙脯酸６ ．２５～２５ｍｇ 时，每日３ 次，川芎嗪注射液８０ｍｇ 加入５ ％ 葡萄糖液中静滴，１０ 日为一个疗程。治疗前后观察病情及血液流变学变化，并做统计学处理。结果　２５ 例中显效８ 例，有效１２ 例，有效率８０％ ，两个疗程结束后，血流变指标有不同程度的改善（Ｐ＜０．０５ 或０．０１）。结论　疏甲丙脯酸联合川芎嗪注射液可降低肺动脉压力，改善血液的流变性，是治疗肺心病心衰的有效措施。Objective To observe the curative effect of Captopril and Ligusticum Wallichii injection to treat heart failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Stopping using other drugs, 6.25-25mg Captopril was given three times a day, and transfusing 5% glucose with 80mg Ligusticum Wallichii injection and the course was 10 days. Observing the conditions and the change of hemerheology after and before treatment. Results 8 cases among 25 cases were regressive. 12 were effective and the response rate was 80%. The index of hemorheology had been greatly improved in various degree (P < 0.05 or 0.01 ) after the two courses of treatment. Conclusion Injecting Captopril and Ligusticum Wallichii can reduce the pulmonary artery pressure, change the hemorheology and is an efective measure for heart failure caused by plumonary heart disease.
