凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的鉴定、分布及药物敏感性分析

摘　　要：目的　了解临床标本中凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌（ＣＮＳ） 的分布及药物敏感情况； 方法　对１８６ 株ＣＮＳ按经典生理生化鉴定方法鉴定及药敏试验； 结果　共分出８ 种ＣＮＳ，以表皮葡萄球菌居多，另外，１８６ 株ＣＮＳ对万古霉素敏感率最高， 达１００ ％ ，对青霉素耐药率最高达８３ ．９ ％ ；结论　ＣＮＳ与人类感染密切相关。Objeetive To investigate distribution and drug senstive tests of staphylococcus which coagulase test is negative(CNS) in clinlcal specimens. Methods 186 CNS were determined with classical physiclogical chemical methods and drug sensitiue tests. Results There were 8 sorts of CNS in clinical specimens,Sipidermidis had the most.All CNS had susceptibility to Vancomycin while 83.3% CNS were resistant to penicillin.Conclusion CNS were related to human infection.
