摘  要:用SEMEDAX法研究苇茎皮层的形态、超微结构和Si等矿质元素的分布。结果表明,苇茎皮层外表面由片状物、片状物的连接物及颗粒状物3种结构物呈规律性排列而成;皮层外表面主要由C、O、Si等元素组成,Si含量高达50%~55%;不同结构物的Si含量均非常高。皮层的纵切面有致密和多孔两种形态,皮层外表面上的片状物实际上是纵向生长、长短不一的管状细胞,细胞壁为绕中心管孔的多层结构,厚度较大,具有明显不同于竹子及麦茎皮层的特点。苇茎皮层不同部位中Si等元素的原子数比不同,预示着这些部位中Si化物的组成及Si等元素化学状态的差异;皮层外表面的Si化物主要是无机物。The ultra-structure and distribution of the mineral elements of the cuticle of reed stem were studied by means of SEM-EDAX. The results showed that, the surface layer of the cuticle of reed stem is made up of three structures i.e., the flake-like, the conjunctive material among the flake-like structure and the granular material. The outer surface of the cuticle consists of three major elements, i.e. C, 0, Si, and the silicon content is very high in different structures of the outer-surface of the cuticle, up to 50%-55%. There are two sorts of longitudinal-sections of the cuticle, the one is with a dense structure, the other with porous. The flake-like structures are practically the longitudinal tube-like cells with laminatedly thickened wall. Obviously, these are quite different from the cuticles of bamboo and wheat straw stem. The difference of the proportion of amount of the atoms including Si and other mineral elements in different parts indicates the difference of the composition of the Si components and the chemical states of the elements concerned in these areas.
