摘  要:对杨木NSAQ法制超高得率漂白化学浆进行了探讨,着重研究了蒸煮过程中温度、NaOH/Na2CO3和用药量对成浆质量的影响以及氧脱木素的最佳漂白工艺条件。实验结果表明,蒸煮最佳工艺条件为用药量22.6%(Na2O计),最高温度175℃,Na2CO3∶NaOH(质量比)=100∶0,亚硫酸化度为0.85,保温3h,液比1∶4,AQ用量0.1%,蒸煮结果得率70.3%,卡伯值45.4;氧脱木素的最优条件为浆浓11%,氧压0.6MPa,NaOH用量5%,温度95℃,H2O2用量3%,时间60min,Na2SiO3用量3.0%,MgSO4用量0.3%。漂白结果粘度1072.0mL/g,白度86.6%ISO,漂白损失10.8%。Manufacture of neutral sulfite-anthraquinone ultra high yield bleached chemical pulp of aspen was studied in this paper, which mainly focused on the cooking parameters including temperature, Na2CO3/NaOH ratio and total chemical charge and the parameters of oxygen delignification and bleaching. The results showed that the optimum cooking conditions were as follows: total chemical charge 22.6% (as Na2O), maximum temperature 175°C, sulfitity 0.85, time 180 min, the liquor-to-wood ratio 4.0, AQ charge 0.1%, the cooking results: yield 70.3%, kappa number 45.4. The optimum oxygen delignification conditions were as follows: pulp consistency 11%, the pressure of oxygen 0.6 MPa, NaOH charge 5%, temperature 95°C, H2O2 charge 3%, time 60 min, Na2SiO3 charge 3.0%, MgSO4 charge 0.3%. The bleaching results: viscosity 1072.0 mL/g, brightness 86.6%ISO, bleaching loss 10.8%.
