阳离子丙烯酸树脂中性松香施胶剂的制备及应用

摘　　要：用自制的阳离子丙烯酸树脂乳化剂乳化松香甘油酯制备了一种阳离子高分散松香胶乳液,该乳液可用于中碱性条件下的施胶,在pH值6.0～8.5的范围内,能获得良好的施胶效果,相对于传统强化松香胶,其Al2(SO4)3的消耗量降低了约80%。本文还讨论了影响纸张中性施胶效果的主要因素。The cationic dispersed rosin emulsion is prepared with cationic acrylate resin emulsifying agent and ester of rosin glycerin. The stable emulsion of rosin glyceride provides better neutral sizing effect compared with the product of cationic rosin neutral sizing agent when using polyaminoamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) as the retention agent cooperated with the aluminum sulfate. The polyaminoamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) serves as both a retention aid and a sizing agent for neutral sizing. The consumption of aluminum sulfate is reduced by 80% compared with the case of conventional modified rosin size is used. The application technology of above product is suggested: the size dosage is 0.5% - 1.0%, aluminum sulfate 1%, PAE 0.75% - 1.0%, calcium carbonate 20% with the reverse sizing process.
