摘 要:阴离子垃圾的积累给纸机网部抄造及纸的性质带来很多影响,尤其是纸张施胶效果。为更好地解决阴离子垃圾对施胶效果的影响,尤其是改善AKD中性施胶的施胶效果,采用电荷密度更高的聚合物(PEI、PDADMAC)代替阳离子淀粉对阴离子垃圾进行捕集。结果表明使用电荷密度较大、聚合度较小的有机阳离子聚合物对纸张的施胶效果有明显的改善,可在一定程度上减轻抄纸系统积累阴离子垃圾对施胶的影响。The accumulation of the anionic trash in paper stock causes a lot of problems to the wire operation and the properties of the sheet, particularly the paper sizing performance. In order to eliminate the influence of anionic trash on AKD neutral sizing and improve the sizing degree of the paper, the polymers (PEI, PDADMAC) with higher charge density were used to replace the cationic starch in this paper. The results showed that organic cationic polymers with higher charge density and lower polymerization degree could obviously improve the sizing effect and eliminate the influence of anionic trash accumulation on sizing to a certain extent. PEI #2 is the best polymer for improving the sizing degree. When its dosage is 0.3%, the sized sheet has good sizing degree even before curing.
