长波脉冲电磁场对作业者健康的影响

摘　　要：国内首座长波导航台现场卫生学调查结果表明，发射机房内不同位点电场强度均方根值为０～３．６Ｖ／ｍ，相应的峰值场强为０～２７６．９Ｖ／ｍ，磁场强度仅为１．６×１０－３～２．５×１０－３Ａ／ｍ。作业人员ＷＢＣ减少的发生率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＷＢＣ吞噬活力显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），若干心血管植物神经功能调节不良的发生率也有增高倾向。A hygienic investigation was conducted on the First Long-wave Navigation Station in China. The results showed stowed that:(1)electrc field intensity(rms)as prnctically measured was 0～3.6v/min the generating room and the corresponding peak was 0～276.9v/m,and the magnetic firld intensity was only 1.6 ×10-3A/m～2.5×103A/m.(2)the incidence of leukopenia in-creased(p<0.05).tlie phagocytic:activity reduced (p<0.01).and the incidence of abnormal autonomic nervous regulation also tended to increase in professional workers as compared with the control.
