摘 要:利用不同剂量及不同时相染石英尘大鼠肺灌洗液细胞中羟脯氦酸等指标变化的研究资料,对以这些指标变化推测早期肺纤维化程度的可能性进行了研究。用前进法筛选变量进行多元回归分析表明,复相关系数为O.905,即预测值与实际值间存在很好的相关,说明这些指标的变化能在相当程度上反映早期肺纤维化的情况;结果还显示,以肺灌洗液细胞中羟脯氨酸的标化回归系数最大,说明该指标为反映早期肺好维化的重要指标。ata of our previous studies on changes of cellular hydroxyproline, cell sorting, total protein,total lipids,ceruloplasmin and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)of rats treated with different doses of quartz and at different intervals were analyzed and the possibility to predict earlier lung fibrosis were studied.Multifactor regression analysis revealed that the mul-ticorrelation coefficient is 0. 905, indicating that there is a good correlation between the estimated and actual value and it Tmight be possible to predict lung fibrosis by analyzing the changes of these parameters. The results also demonstrated that the standard re-gression coefficient for cellular hydroxyproline was the highest, suggesting that it might be an important parameter for lung fibro-sis
