摘 要:通过观察应用枸杞多糖、维生素E-C合剂等抗衰老药物后,老年鼠肾细胞线粒体超微结构、ATP合成量以及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛水平的改变,发现老年鼠肾线粒体的结构和功能变化伴随着自由基代谢产物丙二醛的增高,老年鼠肾细胞线粒体ATP合成量为120.38±16.72nM/mgPr·min,较青年组低18.75nM/mgPr·min;而肾组织丙二醛为30.40±6.66μg/100mg湿重,是青年组的2.4倍。长期服用维生素E-C合剂或枸杞多糖均可在一定程度上对抗自由基的作用,使肾组织丙二醛水平下降,预防线粒体老化,使其功能有所改善。Abstract To study the protective effect of Vit-E. C and Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP) on the aging of renal mitochondria, the mitochondrial ultrastructure and ATP synthetic content in renal cortex and MDA level of the aged rats were observed and compared with those of young rats. It was found that decreased ATP synthetic content and abnormal size and structure of renal mitochondria were accompanied by a significantly increased MDA level in aged rats. The morphological changes of renal mitochondria in aged rats without medicine included the malformation and degenerative changes. After being given Vit-E. C or LBP for two months, the ATP synthetic content of renal mitochondria increased notably and the MAD level decreased notably. The results suggest that long term use of drugs such as Vit-E. C or LBP may have effect against free radicals, cause lowering of MDA level in renal tissue, prevent mitochondria from aging and improve their function.
