微波经尿道控温治疗老年性前列腺增生症

摘　　要：采用一种加有测温计的２４５０ＭＨｚ螺旋微波天线，对老年前列腺增生患者实行门诊一次性、无痛苦尿道内微波加温治疗，温控范围在４７±１℃，治疗时间６０分钟．经一次加温治疗后，尿频、尿急、进行性排尿困难症状基本消失或明显改善。经一年近期随防，总有效率为９１％，未见其他不良反应。In this article,70 outpatients with benign prostatic byperplasia were treated with microwave hyperthermia therapy which used a new helical microwave antenna with 2450MHz passing the urethra to prostate.The temperature may be controlled to 47±1℃.The treatment duration was only 60 min(one time).The result showed that the urinary symptoms,such as urinate frequency and urgency of micturition, progressive urinate difficulty,were obviously improved.Through follow-up of 12 months,the total effective rate was 91.4%.No urinary infection and another complications occurred.
