关节松动术等综合治疗膝关节强直

摘　　要：膝关节强直４０例，分为以关节松动术为主的综合治疗组２２例，对照组１８例。综合治疗组的膝关节疼痛、活动范围、步行能力、日常活动等６项指标总积分由治疗前的４８．４５±１２．９３分，升高到治疗后的８２．６１±１１．０４分，其中膝关节活动度治疗前后比较差异有非常显著性，各项指标及治疗天数与对照组比较，差异均有非常显著性．In 40 cases with knee-joint stiffness,22 cases were treated with mobilization combined with wax-therapy,traction or ultrasonic therapy on the stiff knees and another 18 cases were as a control group.According to evaluation of ADL,walking ability, knee-ache and ROM etc.it was suggested that the knee ROM in post-treatment was obviously greater than that of pre-treatment or control group(P<0.01).In addition,the other symptoms,such as knee-ache,ADL and walking ability,were notably improved,too.
